Community Comics brings together stories from six community groups across Northamptonshire that are often left out or overlooked when it comes to heritage. What is heritage anyway? And who gets to decide?
Deafconnect empowers the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing communities to come together to create a world of inclusion, understanding, and support. They envision a world where deafness is celebrated as a unique aspect of diversity and culture, and where accessibility and inclusion are the norms. Deafconnect was based at The Spencer Dallington Community Centre in Northampton, but was sadly forced to close in 2026 due to lack of funding.
